Monday evening yoga at Cliff Field Gardens
Hello lovely yogis, summer is well and truly here and I hope you're enjoying the sunshine.
From Monday 13 July for the rest of the summer, hopefully, the 6pm class will be at Cliff Field Gardens. If the weather isn't great we'll move back into the United Reformed Church Hall. See you in the fresh air tomorrow
For the outdoor classes please bring your own mat, blocks and straps, if you use them. I have a few which I'll bring with me.
Over the summer I need to ensure that I cover costs, especially with people being on holiday. I need a minimum of 3 people to book ONLINE to cover expenses so please would you book online as much as possible rather than paying on the day.
Here's to long sunny days and yoga in the fresh air.
