Service Description
Wednesday 5.15-6.15pm This is a gorgeously slow flow yoga class to move your body, connect with how your body’s feeling and sink into deep breathwork. Give yourself a treat, come along and enjoy a lovely stretch and finish with a meditation or yoga nidra in my cosy home studio. This is also a Yoga for Menopause class. Ideal for women who are peri-menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal. Men are also welcome as they need support when we're going through this stage of life. A regular yoga practice can help to reduce stress, restore depleted energy levels and maintain muscle mass and bone strength. Yoga can help alleviate some of the menopause symptons, but not all, women are always advised to consult their doctor before participation. All abilities welcome

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Classes cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the class will be refunded. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time of the class will not be refunded. Classes can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of the class.
