Monday Gentle yoga class. Would you like to be more flexible? To move easier? Are you recovering from injury and frustrated you can’t exercise yet? This is for you, a class suitable for beginners, those with restricted mobility and people in rehabilitation, chair yoga is also available. Based on Hatha Yoga with gentle stretches, breath work, some restorative yoga and a long mediation and relaxation at the end of the class.

The class takes place at my home studio in Lyme Regis and is taught in a small group.

Tuesday Hatha Yoga 8-9am, for beginners and improvers or those who haven’t practiced for a while and would like to start practicing yoga again.

We cover breathwork, Vinyasa flow, Hatha asanas (poses), always with alternative asanas to make sure everyone can enjoy the class. The routine changes monthly to focus on a different part of your body to build strength and flexibility. Always finishing with a lovely stretch and relaxation.

The class takes place in the Masonic Hall, Broad St, Lyme Regis. Entrance is opposite the Royal Lion Hotel, down an alleyway between The Galley Cafe and the Wine Shop, through the metal gates and round the the right. The hall has magnificent views of the sea.

One to one private class designed for you. This can be Hatha, Power, Restorative, Yin, Yoga for Menopause, Gentle or Chair yoga.

We’ll meet prior to your first session (over the phone or for a coffee) to discuss your aims and ability so I can design the class for you.

One to one classes can take place at my studio in Lyme Regis or in your home.

One to one Paddleboard Yoga bring your own board, slots available daily including weekends, please see below.

No yoga experience necessary. Please wear suitable clothing for yoga that you do not mind getting wet, you will fall in at some point! If you wish to wear a wetsuit that’s fine too. Bring a change of clothing, towel and sense of humour.

Bring you own Paddleboard or hire one from Boylos, if you’d like to hire one please tick the Hire a Paddleboard option, it’s an additional £15.

You must be able to swim 50m in light clothing and be able to Paddleboard, if not Paddleboard lessons are available separately.

Minimum age 14 years, all participants MUST wear a buoyancy aid to paddle to and from the SUP yoga platform (Lyme Regis Town Council Rules). These are included in the SUP hire option, if you are bringing your own SUP and do not have a Buoyancy Aid please let me know and I will arrange for one.

Personal SUP Yoga Lesson on the sea in Lyme Regis

Always wanted try Paddleboard Yoga? No yoga experience necessary and we include Paddleboard Hire too as an option. The lesson will last 60 minutes. Price for one person is £55, for two people the price is £75. SUP hire is £15 per board. Please email for slots.
